unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. we'll walk you through exactly where it's headed.

once it arrives and passes the sniff test, your refund lands back on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
damaged or defective?
skip the return line entirely — send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement free of charge. no forms, no fuss.
want a different scent instead?

porch pickup orders
give your candle a once-over at pickup — if anything's off, let us know within 24 hours and we'll sort it on the spot.
the final-sale stuff
sale items and gift cards are final sale — no returns or exchanges on those. everything else, we're flexible.
