tracking your order
you'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships — give it up to 24 hours to start updating. then watch the little truck do its thing on our track my package page.
arrived damaged?
photograph the damage (box included) and send it to us within 7 days of delivery — we'll ship a replacement free of charge. hold onto the packaging until it's resolved.

check with neighbors, your building, and the usual porch-pirate hideouts, then check with the carrier — once they confirm delivery, the package is officially in their hands, not ours. still stuck? reach out and we'll do everything we can to help.
