Shipping Policy

Every melt. order is carefully hand-packed to ensure your candles arrive safely. Here's everything you need to know.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

During high-volume periods — holidays, launches, promotions — processing may take 1–2 additional business days.

🖤 Free standard shipping on all US orders $75 and over — applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track anytime at Track My Package. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your shipment email.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage and email us at meltcandleshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund. Please hold onto all packaging until resolved.

Lost or Stolen Packages

melt. is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors or your building, then contact your carrier. If unresolved, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

US Orders Only

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
