Refund policy

At melt. we stand behind every candle we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we'll make it right.

RETURNS We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return please contact us at kylesnell86@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your candle arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.

EXCHANGES We're happy to exchange unused candles within 30 days. Simply contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

PORCH PICKUP ORDERS For local porch pickup orders please inspect your candle at time of pickup. Contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
