Meet the Sniffers: The Official Lore of the melt. Mascot Family

if you follow us anywhere, you've met them: round, fluffy, mostly nose, violently enthusiastic about candles. the sniffers are the unofficial-official mascots of melt., and after months of cameos — sniffing tins, being startled by hands, hosting game shows — they deserve a proper introduction.

schnoz

the original. coral-red nose, unshakable optimism, employed as our head of quality control. every candle is officially "schnoz-approved," a certification process that consists entirely of one enormous sniff and a satisfied little smile. he has never failed a candle. we don't tell him his job is rigged.

momma sniffer

magenta nose, red bow, eyelashes that mean business. runs the den, wrangles the boys, and hosts the annual first-day-of-school celebration (a ritual we documented). her scent preference is anything burned in a quiet house, which she experiences approximately twice a year.

the brothers

big bro: sky-blue nose, sunglasses indoors, thinks he's the cool one — melts for anything with the word "cake" in it, which undermines the brand. little bro: tiny, yellow, one enormous eye, chaos in its purest form. last seen tipping over a juice cup in slow motion.

why a candle company has cartoon mascots

because candles are joy, and joy deserves a face — preferably one that's 60% nose. the sniffers star in our videos, our collection banners, and occasionally get turned into collectible toys against their will. follow the family on tiktok — the lore only deepens from here.
